Barrel Proof brought their 300-bottle New Orleans whiskey bar concept to Germantown and it fits like a glove. Eighty percent of that back bar is whiskey, and the bartenders know their stuff. The heated front patio with picnic tables is prime territory for a Saturday afternoon pour. Next door to Von Elrod's for easy bar-hopping.
